I've been pointing out to people for several years now that NPR is not the 'left-wing news' that it portrays itself as. Oddly, they generally disagree, and insist that NPR really is liberal programming.<BR/><BR/>I'm surprised you didn't mention the NPR story about <A HREF="http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=5764742" REL="nofollow">The Little Red Songbook</A>, in which they totally bashed unionists as lazy communists just looking for a handout, and unions as little more than a quaint relic of the past, all the while the refrain from "Hallelujah, I'm a Bum" playing in the background. Made me sick.<BR/><BR/>Anyway, it's nice to see someone out there who is spreading the word that NPR is as much a tool of it's corporate sponsors as any 'news' organization!
