Am I the only one who thinks Congress has bought and paid for ? Why would a senator spend 25 million dollars to get a job that pays 140 grand a year? The numbers don't figure. How can reasonable man standards of logic in/of debate be applied to deciding how to vote in Congress when their allegiance is to those who paid their way to power.?..and pays to keep them there?! I guess I'm just nuts to think that Congress no longer represents the best interests of the American people.
My name is Matthew Murrey and I'm from Florida, but have been living in the Midwest since 1984. I started this blog because no one else was blogging NPR's drift toward the right - and it made more sense than yelling at the radio.
"Q Tips" is an open thread post where you can place general comments or brief notes about NPR.
