This is the response I got from Lenny Lopate or someone using his e-mail. I asked a serious question and I get an idiotic answer.
My question:

What is your definition of a "fence"?

A barrier which is made of cement, several meters thick, high enough in some places to blot out the sun, is by no stretch of the imagination a fence.

Your ideology is showing."

The answer:
"or yours"

Evidently they can't address the issue.
