I was dismayed and disgusted by NPR's cozy remembrance of yellow-faced racism peddler David Carradine. Maybe it's too early to speak ill of the dead? I don't think so, and anyway, I don't think NPR is ever very interested in dispelling the complacent haze of nostalgia. I think this article on another blog, "David Carradine's Legacy of Shame," written by an Asian American, is a good corrective.

NPR policy (MSM policy too) 'TERRORIST' or 'TERRORIST ORGANIZATION' shall ALWAYS accompany the words Hizbollah and or Hamas. Even if they are DEMOCRATICALLY elected organizations.

Hey, congrats! Y'all got a super-sized shout-out from Glenzilla, the Thomas Paine of our times. As far as I know, this is the second attribution. Keep shaking up the cupboards!

Larry, dfh - Being a little slow on the uptake, it took me a while to realize that by "Glenzilla" you mean Glenn Greenwald. Sure enough, a generous nod from the monster himself!
